Wasim Akram spent so much money to get his beloved cat's haircut. Wasim Akram, who is currently doing cricket commentary in Australia, spent 822 Australian dollars (45 thousand rupees in Indian rupees) to get his beloved cat's haircut and shared a picture on social media. Wasim Akram himself revealed this while doing commentary during the last match of the ODI series between Pakistan and Australia.

During this, the Australian commentator sitting with Wasim Akram was also surprised to see such a huge amount being spent on a cat's haircut. He told this during the commentary itself and also shared the picture of the bill.


'I got my cat's hair cut yesterday. I spent about 1 thousand dollars on this. I took complete care of the cat. I fed it and took care of it with love. Finally, I gave the bill. I thought, with this much money I could have bought 200 cats in Pakistan,' said Wasim Akram.


The cost of the cat's haircut was only 40 Australian dollars. The rest of the expenses were on medical checkups (100 dollars), anesthesia (305 dollars), initial procedures (120 dollars), and cardio tests (251 dollars). 822 Australian dollars is equivalent to 45 thousand in Indian rupees and 1.5 lakh in Pakistani rupees.
