When the delivery boy came with the food, they both became friends. After this, both of them shared their numbers and started talking to each other. The victim says that during this conversation, the accused started luring her with love. When she refused, she argued with the accused and both of them broke up.

According to the victim, after this, the accused called her again on September 6 and called her to his room on the pretext of saying sorry. When she reached the accused's room, he raped her forcefully. According to the victim, when she protested, the accused also beat her up. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case under the POCSO Act and arrested the accused.
