The Ukraine-Russia war is at its peak, with both sides constantly attacking each other. Russia has dominated Ukraine since the beginning of the war, but now after getting help from Western countries, Ukraine has intensified its action against Russia. Russia is trying to respond to these actions of Ukraine more brutally. The Russian army carried out several missile attacks in Kharkiv, Ukraine on Sunday, in which at least 47 people, including 5 children, died.

According to Ukrainian officials, these 47 deaths have occurred in Russian missile attacks on a mall in Kharkiv. Even before the attack, Russia had said that Kyiv had carried out the biggest drone attack since the beginning of the war.

Ukraine's Biggest Drone Attack

Russian officials said that Ukraine fired about 158 drones on Russian cities overnight. After which a fire broke out at the Moscow oil refinery and Konakovo power station. Last week, a building in the Russian city of Saratova was attacked by a Ukrainian drone, this attack was compared to America's 9/11. On the other hand, the Russian army has made significant progress in eastern Ukraine and seized many towns of Ukraine.

Zelensky spoke to Western countries

After Russia's attacks in Kharkiv, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed with his Western allies and asked for permission to attack Russia with the missiles provided by them. Ukraine says that it wants to attack deeper into Russia so that the threat from Russia can be reduced.

The Russia-Ukraine war is at its most dangerous point in two and a half years. Russia is mounting an offensive in eastern Ukraine while trying to push back Ukrainian forces that crossed its western border in a surprise invasion on 6 August.
