The extremist organization Hezbollah attacked Israel on Sunday with about 250 rockets and other weapons, injuring at least seven people. This is Hezbollah's most severe attack in the last several months as some rockets reached the Tel Aviv area in central Israel.
Israel's Magen David Adom rescue service said it treated seven people injured in attacks by Hezbollah on Israel. Hezbollah carried out these attacks in response to the deadly Israeli attack in Beirut, amid pressure from negotiators for a ceasefire.

Meanwhile, the Lebanese army said that one Lebanese soldier was killed and 18 others were injured in the Israeli attack on Sunday. The Israeli army expressed concern over this incident and said that this attack was carried out in the war zone against Hezbollah and that the army's operation is only against extremists.
