After the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah, Israel has once again targeted Lebanon's capital Beirut. However, this is the first time that Israel has attacked an apartment in Beirut. Two people have died in this attack. Earlier, 24 people were killed and 29 injured in an attack in Sidon.

At least 24 people have been killed in Israeli airstrikes on two buildings east of the southern Lebanese city of Sidon. The Health Ministry said at least 29 people were also injured in the attacks.

Israeli air strikes intensify.

In a video verified by the Associated Press (AP) news agency, a cloud of smoke can be seen rising due to the attack. At the same time, the second attack took place on the adjacent building, causing it to first tilt to the right and then collapse. Israeli air strikes have intensified in the south of Lebanon and the Bekaa region on Sunday.

Attack on Houthi bases

On the other hand, the Israeli army said that in response to the recent attack on Israel, dozens of aircraft have attacked Houthi bases in Yemen. The army said that it targeted power plants and seaport facilities in the city of Hodeida. The Houthis attacked Ben Gurion airport with a ballistic missile on Saturday. This attack took place when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was arriving there.
