However, Dr Snehal further states that you cannot say at all that people who have cravings to eat something at night have an eating disorder. Turmeric milk
A cup of turmeric milk at night can be especially beneficial for people who get restless during sleep. At the same time, it calms your cravings and if you are taking a weight loss diet, then it calms your appetite without adding too many calories.
Oats
Many people see oats only as a breakfast, but let us tell you that they can also be a perfect bedtime snack. Oats are a natural source of melatonin, a hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle.
Eggs
Eggs are an excellent source of protein and the tryptophan, melatonin and vitamin D present in them help in improving your sleep as well. If you often have trouble sleeping, then eat eggs shortly before eating.
Dry Fruits
