Many people like to eat semolina pudding. Especially in winter, the pleasure of eating hot halwa is something else. That's why today we have brought the recipe for this for you. Let us know how you can make it.

Ingredients for making pudding:

1 cup semolina, milk, cardamom powder, sugar, cashew powder, dry fruits as per your requirement, desi ghee

Semolina Halwa Recipe:

Step 1- To make semolina pudding, first heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Then add semolina and fry till it turns light brown.
Step 2- When the color of the semolina turns light brown, add water and milk as per requirement and keep stirring.
Step 3- When the pudding starts getting thick, add sugar, cardamom powder, and cashew powder to it and let the sugar dissolve. Keep the heat on medium-low and keep stirring.
Step 4- Now turn off the gas. Your pudding is ready. Take out on a plate and serve and garnish with dry fruits on top.
