Ingredients
Fresh okra 500 grams
Onion peeled 100 grams
Fresh ginger (chopped) 20 grams
Coriander 10 grams
Green chili 6 pieces
Cumin 5 grams
Onion seeds 5 grams
Sesame 5 grams
Chilli powder 10 grams
Corn oil 120 grams
Dry mango powder 10 grams
Salt
Guidelines
1. Heat oil in a large vessel, add cumin seeds and chopped onions, and fry till golden brown.
2. Add onion, sesame seeds, chopped tomatoes, and okra and fry on high flame.
3. Add salt as per taste.
4. Add green chili and red chili powder, chopped ginger and coriander, and dry mango powder.
5. Fry for a few minutes till they become soft.
6. Serve hot garnished with sesame and onion seeds.
