What is the new process of Aadhaar?

The process to generate an Aadhaar PVC card is very simple and easy by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). Any Indian citizen can order this Aadhaar card sitting at home. Aadhaar registered mobile number is not required for that. PVC Aadhaar Card will be delivered to your home with the help of a speed post. You can request OTP on the mobile number of friends, and relatives to order Aadhaar PVC. UIDAI has also shared a link for that.

The facility will be available on the second mobile number

One can use the register number to generate PVC Aadhaar Card. OTP can be asked on this. But the facilities are available on the register number. It will not work on that. You will not get a preview of Aadhaar on asking for OTP on another mobile number. Other details will not be available. 

What is the procedure?

• First of all, go to the website https://uidai.gov.in. 
• Scroll down. Click on Order Aadhaar PVC Card at the bottom. 
• Click on Order Aadhaar PVC Card in the My Aadhaar section. 
• Now a new page will open on your screen. 
• Here enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and 16-digit Virtual ID. 
• After entering the Aadhaar number, fill in the captcha. 
• Now click on Send OTP. 
• 6-digit OTP will be sent to any registered mobile. 
• Enter this OTP number, click on the terms and conditions, and submit. 
• A new page will open on the screen. Your Aadhaar details will be there. 
• At the bottom, there will be a payment gateway. Click on Payment. 
• Here you will get payment options through debit and credit cards as well as through net banking and UPI.
• Make payment by selecting the appropriate option, and download receipt. 
• PVC Aadhaar Card will be delivered at home through the speed post service of India Post.
