Breakfast Dish: Bored of eating vegetables and bread, make Masala Paratha at home in an easy way!
Sometimes potato parathas, sometimes cabbage parathas and not only this but paneer parathas also taste very tasty. But if you are not satisfied even with this then you can make Masala Paratha. As delicious and different as it is to eat, it is as easy to make. So if you are bored of having the same breakfast every day and want to try something different in the variety of parathas, Masala Parathas can be a great option.
Ingredients:
Maida - 1 cup, Gram flour - 1 cup, Cumin - 1/2 tsp, Ajwain - 1 tbsp, Ginger paste - 1 tbsp, Red chili powder - 1 tsp, Asafoetida - 1 pinch, Kasoori methi - 1 big Spoon, Green coriander chopped - 2 tbsp, Oil as needed, Salt - as per taste
How to make
To make Masala Paratha, sift all-purpose flour and gram flour in a vessel and mix. After this add cumin, parsley, asafoetida, kasoori fenugreek, finely chopped green coriander, and salt as per taste, and add red chili to the flour mixture. To make the parantha crispy, add one spoonful of oil to it. Now add little water to it and mash it well. Now cover it and keep it for half an hour. After half an hour, knead it well once again. Now make balls of it and deep fry it. After this, make round or triangular-shaped parathas from the dough. Now put some oil on the griddle and spread it all around. Fry the parathas till they turn golden. Now bake the rest of the parathas in the same way. Serve it with tea with green chutney and ketchup.
