Material :
1 cup poha (soaked)
a cup of semolina
one teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 cup curd
oil as needed
salt to taste

Method :
First of all, mix semolina, soaked poha, curd, and salt well.

Now put this mixture in a mixer jar and grind it by adding some water.

After this, take out this batter in a utensil and if it looks thick, then dilute it slightly by adding some water.

Now mix baking soda in this batter and keep it for some time to swell.

When the batter is full, keep the pan on the gas and apply some oil, ghee, or butter to it for greasiness.

When the griddle is hot, add batter to it and spread it lightly with your hands and cook it well.

Finally, take it out on a plate and serve it hot with your favorite chutney.
