Along with bringing variety to morning or evening breakfast and also keeping it healthy, then the option of bread pancake is the best. Let's know if its a quick-made recipe.

Material :
5 bread slices, 1/2 cup semolina, 2 green chilies, 1-inch piece of ginger, 1/2 cup curd, 1 onion finely chopped, 2 tbsp capsicum finely chopped, 1 tomato finely chopped, 1 carrot finely chopped, salt as per taste, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 packet eno fruit salt, oil as required

Method :
First, break the bread and put it in a mixie jar. Make a smooth paste by adding semolina, green chilies, ginger, curd, and a little water together.

Now take it out in a bowl and mix onion, capsicum, tomato, carrot, salt, chili flakes, cumin in it.

When all the ingredients are well mixed, add eno and stir lightly.

Now heat the pan and apply light oil on it and put the mixture on it and make small pancakes.

Serve with green or coconut chutney.
