Chaitra Navratri 2023: Know which colors should be worn during the 9 days of Navratri!
The nine-day festival will begin on March 22 this year. In Chaitra Navratri, the nine forms of Maa Durga will be worshiped according to the rules and regulations. Durga, the goddess of Navratri, is a symbol of Shakti, or feminine energy. According to the mythology surrounding the birth of Goddess Durga, the Mother Goddess combines the abilities of Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh (Shiva).
All the nine days of Chaitra Navratri are devoted to the worship of the nine incarnations of Maa Durga or Goddess Shakti – Shailputri, Brahmacharini, Chandraghanta, Kushmanda, Skandamata, Katyayani, Kalaratri, Mahagauri, and Siddhidatri.
