In a small bowl, add butter. Butter does not need to be melted, but should be at room temperature. Now add red chili flakes, grated garlic, and chopped coriander. Give a good mix to combine the ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, add wheat flour and salt to taste. Now add 1 cup of water in batches and mix well to make a thick and lump-free batter.
Now add the butter mixture to the liquid flour and give a good mix to make the final mixture. Heat a non-stick tava well. Now put 2 ladlefuls of liquid dough on the griddle and spread it in a circular motion to give the shape of a paratha. Let it cook on one side, then flip it on the other side. Apply oil and flip again on the other side. Cook evenly by pressing all the edges of the paratha with a ladle.
Your Chilli Garlic Paratha is now ready to serve.
