Diwali, the festival of lights, will be celebrated with great pomp in the country on 12th November. People use fireworks on this festival. Before Diwali, people in Rajasthan's capital Jaipur have been given the opportunity to buy cheap firecrackers.

Uphaar Sahakar Deepotsav Fair will be organized by the Consumer Association at Navjeevan Cooperative Market located on Bhawani Singh Road here till November 11, 2023 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. General Manager of Consumer Association, Rajendra Singh informed in this regard that the main attraction of the fair is the green firecrackers of Sivakasi (Tamil Nadu). On which discounts ranging from 60 to 75 percent are being given.

In the fair, gold and silver coins of MMTC-Pamp are being made available to the consumers at reasonable prices. Through the fair, an effort has been made to provide essential materials to the consumers under one roof during the Diwali season. Arrangements have been made to provide green crackers, utensils, decorative flowers, lights, designed candles, bed sheets as well as puja materials in open and gift packs to the people of Jaipur in the Uphaar Deepotsav fairs. Apart from this, gift packs of dry fruits, snacks, apparel and house hold items are also available.
