14 white bread slices
2 tbsp rice flour
half teaspoon curd
one and a half teaspoon gram flour
half a teaspoon baking soda
salt to taste
½ cup water

Step 1
To make bread dosa, first cut curry leaves and keep them in a bowl. After this, take curd in a bowl. Beat it well. After this keep it aside.

Step – 2
Now take bread slices. Cut off its brown edges. Put this bread in the grinder. Make crumbs out of it. After this add curd to it. Add water, curd and gram flour to it. Make a thick paste by mixing it.

Add salt to it according to taste. You can also add chopped onions and green chillies to it according to your taste.

Now heat the griddle. Apply oil on it with the help of a brush. Sprinkle some water on it. Immediately pour batter on it and spread it. Give it a round shape.

Drizzle a little oil on the top and sides. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip over and cook on the other side as well till it becomes brown and crispy. Now serve it with any chutney of your choice.
