An easy way to set curd quickly and perfectly-
Ingredients:
– 1 liter milk
– 1 cup milk powder
– 1 cup curd
Method of preparation:
-First of all, heat the milk lightly add milk powder to it and whisk it well so that there are no lumps. Now put this mixture on the gas and cook till it boils twice. This will thicken the milk and the curd will become more creamy. After this, leave the milk to cool down.
-When the milk becomes lukewarm, add one cup of Jamaican (already set curd) to it and mix it well. When the mixture starts to foam slightly, pour it into an earthen pot or any deep vessel. This will make the curd more tasty.
