* Easy recipe to make Kadhi Kachori:

1. Let us tell you that to make crispy shortbread, first soak the pulses for 3 hours. After this, take out the lentils from the water and grind them in a mortar.

2. After this, take out flour in a bowl add salt, semolina, and ghee to it and knead it with water. Keep in mind that knead the dough a little hard.

3. Now cover the prepared dough and keep it for 10 minutes.

4. After this, heat oil in a pan and add cumin, fennel, coriander (ground), asafoetida, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and gram flour and mix well.

5. Now keeping the flame very low, add coarsely ground dal and mix it well. Cook the dal for at least 5-10 minutes.

6. After this, add salt to the spices and mix well. Take it out on a plate.

7. Now add Kasuri Methi to it and mix it once more.

8. After this, knead the dough once again, make balls of it, and keep it aside.

9. Now take these balls, spread them a little with your hands, and fill the dal mixture in it. Keep in mind that the mixture should not be too much or too little.

10. After this, roll them to the size of a puri. Keep in mind that you should not use too much force while rolling otherwise the dough may tear and the lentils will come out.

11. Now heat oil for frying in a pan and then add these kachoris and cook on medium flame till it turns golden from both sides.

12. In this way your crispy kachori is ready.

13. Serve with curry and green and red chutney.
