Chhattisgarhi Fara:

For a quick and delicious option, consider making Chhattisgarhi Fara. Simply take leftover rice, mash it in a bowl, and add rice flour and salt. Mix well, shape into fara, and steam. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and tomatoes. - Fry the vegetables, then add the fara, Mix it all, and your hot rice farm is ready to serve.

Chhattisgarhi Pitha:

Another delicious option is Chhattisgarhi pitha. Mash the rice , add rice flour and knead them together. Roast flax seeds, grind them and mix them with jaggery powder and make laddus. Take a ball of rice flour , wrap jaggery laddu on it and give it the shape of pitha. Steam the pithas , and your rice pithas are ready to serve.
