Instant Vegetable Pickle Recipe:
Material:
- Mix Veg - 1 cup
- Amla- 100 grams
- Sugar- 100 grams
- Fennel- 1 teaspoon
- Nigella seeds – half teaspoon
- Cumin powder- half teaspoon (roasted)
- Black salt- half teaspoon
- Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder- half teaspoon
- Garam masala- half teaspoon
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt - as per taste
Method:
wash and prepare vegetables
- First of all, wash the mixed vegetables and gooseberry thoroughly.

- Place the washed vegetables on the gas and let it boil for three whistles, once done, turn off the gas, take out the amla and remove the seeds. Cut the gooseberry into small pieces.
Prepare the Spice Mixture
- Heat oil in a pan and add hemp, nigella and fennel.
Add boiled amla and spices
- Add boiled amla and turmeric powder to the pan, and mix the ingredients well.
