With this new feature of Google Messages, it becomes easier for the user to find and start a group chat. Let us tell you that with the latest update, users can now search for a specific group in the New Conversation screen. Let's know about it.

How does the feature work? Let us tell you that earlier users had to manually scroll through their contact list to find a group.

However, the new feature simplifies this process, allowing users to quickly find groups based on their name, member, or a specific keyword.

If you know the name of the group, you can also search it directly.

How to use the new feature
First launch the Google Messages app on your Android device.

Now in the upper right corner, tap on the plus icon (+) to start a new conversation.

After this, type the name of the group you want to find in the search bar.

As you type, Google Messages will suggest similar groups.

Now tap on the desired group to start the conversation.
