Method

First of all steam the raw gooseberry and cut it into pieces. Put some oil in a pan. After this, fry fenugreek, cumin and half tea spoon fennel in it. Now add washed urad dal to it. Cook it for a while. Now add half teaspoon turmeric, 4 red chilies and salt. Cool this mixture and then grind it in a grinder.
