Now your request will be registered and the token number will be sent to your email ID. You can continue by clicking on the button given there. After proceeding you will be redirected to the form, you can submit the documents in three ways. You have to click on submit scan image through NSDL e-gov. Now you have to enter the necessary information, such as father's name, mother's name, Aadhaar number etc. and then click on Next. You will be redirected to the page where you can change your address on your PAN card. Now you have to upload all the required documents like address proof, age certificate, identity card and PAN. Now you have to sign the declaration and click on submit. Then you will reach the payment page. Payment can be made through demand draft, net banking and credit card or debit card. After payment, you will get an acknowledgement slip. You have to get it printed and reach the NSDL e-gov office with a copy of the documents. You have to paste two of your photographs into it and sign on them. Application for PAN change has to be written on the envelope along with the acknowledgement number.
