Ingredients for making cucumber juice
Cucumber - 2
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Lemon - 1/4 slice
Green coriander - 1 tbsp
Mint - 1 tbsp
black salt - as per taste
Honey - 1 tbsp
Water - 2 cups
Cucumber Juice Recipe
To make cucumber juice, first cut the cucumber into pieces and keep them in a bowl. Keep in mind that without peeling the cucumber, it has to be cut. After this, finely chop ginger, coriander leaves, and mint leaves as well. Now cut the lemon and keep one-fourth of it for use in making juice. Now put cucumber pieces, green coriander leaves, and mint in the mixer jar.
After this, put chopped ginger and a piece of lemon in the mixer jar. Instead of squeezing lemon juice in the mixer jar, put the whole lemon only. Because lemon peel also contains a lot of fiber. Now put 2 cups of water in the mixer jar and cover it. Now grind it and prepare juice. After grinding well, filter the juice with a sieve with thick holes and take it out in a vessel. After this add honey and black salt as per taste to the cucumber juice. Pour it into a serving glass and serve.
