Ingredients-

To make Dahi Makhana Chaat, you need curd, makhana, red chutney, green chutney, ghee, salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, green coriander, bhujia, sev.

Method of preparation 

To make this, heat ghee in a pan and roast the makhana in it. After getting roasted well, keep the makhana cool down. As long as a few grains of sugar are added to the curd, it should be well fitted. Now take out the crispy makhana in a vessel. And add curd sour-sweet chutney and spicy chutney over it. You put chaat masala, red chili powder, green coriander, and namkeen on top of it. Finely sev, pomegranate seeds, and green coriander can be added to garnish the chaat.
