Material :
Red lentils - 1 cup, Green chilies - 2-3, Ginger - 1 inch, Salt - as per taste, Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp chopped, Oil - as required, Water - for soaking the lentils

Method :
-Leave red lentils to soak in water overnight.
-After this, take it out of the water and grind it in a blender.
-After this, add green chilies, ginger, salt, and some water to this mixture and make a thick batter. After this, add coriander leaves to it and leave it covered for five minutes.
-Keep the nonstick pan for heating.
-After this, spread the batter on the pan with a big spoon and keep spreading it slowly with the help of a bowl or spoon. You can keep its thickness as per your wish.
-Put a little oil on the sides of the cheela.

-Cook well from both sides by turning it.
-Serve hot cheela with green chutney.
