Paneer - 250 grams
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Refined oil - as needed
Flour - 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Water - 2 cups

Method
1. First of all, put the paneer in a bowl and mash it well to make it smooth.
2. Then add one teaspoon of salt, baking powder, and sugar and mix it.
3. Now make small balls of the prepared mixture. Once the balls are ready, keep them aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared balls till they turn golden brown.
5. Boil water in a vessel, add sugar to it, and prepare sugar syrup.

6. Dip the prepared golden balls in the sugar syrup.
7. Soak these balls in sugar syrup for 2-3 hours.
8. Garnish Gulab Jamun with dry fruits and serve hot after the fixed time.
