Pickle Recipe: Make carrot pickles at home with this easy method

Ingredients required:

- Two kg carrots

- One cup of mustard seeds

- Two cups of oil

- One teaspoon of turmeric powder

- Two teaspoons of asafoetida powder

- Juice of six lemons

- Six tablespoons of red chili powder

- Eight tablespoons salt

Make it this way:

First cut the carrot into slices and spread it on a cotton cloth for half an hour.

Now prepare a paste by adding red chili powder, mustard seeds, asafoetida, lemon juice, salt, and turmeric powder to the mixer.

Add carrot pieces to this paste.

Heat the oil and let it cool.

Now mix this oil in the pickle.

In this way, your carrot pickle is made.
