Material:

Bread – 4 slices

Khoya (Mawa) – 1 cup

Milk – 1 cup

Powdered sugar – 1 cup

Coconut powder – 1/2 cup

Cashews – 8

Almonds – 8

Pistachios – 8

Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon

Orange food color – 1 pinch

Ghee

Recipe:

-Take a saucepan, add half a cup of water to it and keep it on low flame to heat.

-When the water becomes slightly warm, add half a cup of powdered sugar to it. While stirring, prepare the syrup.

- As soon as the sugar dissolves a little, turn off the flame. Now take bread slices, cut the edges and keep aside.

- In another pan, add khoya on medium flame and fry while stirring continuously.

When the khoya is roasted well, add food colour to it and mix well. Turn off the flame.

-Finely chop cashews, pistachios and almonds.

During this time, when the khoya cools down, add sugar, chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder to it. Mix well.

Now make oval balls of this mixture. Now take the milk and pour it on a deep-sided plate.

-Take bread pieces, dip them in milk and press with both hands to remove excess milk.

- Fill the prepared khoya balls in the bread and roll the bread from all sides to make a roll.

Similarly, prepare rolls from all the bread slices.

Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. When the ghee is hot, fry the khoya rolls until they turn golden brown.

- After frying, keep them dipped in syrup for about 1 minute.

- After the stipulated time, take out the rolls from the syrup and sprinkle coconut shavings on them. Bread Mawa Rolls are ready.
