We are talking about bread ras malai. Although Rasmalai is a Bengali sweet, this version with bread is liked by people everywhere. It takes relatively less time to prepare compared to traditional ras malai. Let's learn about the recipe.
Material:
4 slices of brown bread
2 tsp skimmed milk powder
4 tbsp full cream milk
4 cups condensed milk
Green cardamom
Finely chopped almonds
Finely chopped pistachios
Saffron Threads
Method:
- First of all, remove the sandwich bread by cutting it from the edge and cutting the bread into a round shape.
- Heat milk in a pan. Keep stirring continuously to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
Boil the milk until it reduces to about three-fourths of its original quantity.
- Add skimmed milk powder to condensed milk and mix well. Make sure the flame is on low while adding the milk powder.
- Cook for 3 more minutes. Then add condensed milk to it and mix well.
- After this add saffron, cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios to the mixture. Cook on high flame.
-When it is ready, place the chopped bread on a plate and pour the prepared mixture over it. Your bread ras malai is ready!
