Recipe: Egg Paneer Roll is very much liked, if made in this way the taste will increase!

Egg and paneer are two such things, which are considered very good for health. If a recipe is made together with these two, then it would be great. That's why today we have brought you the recipe for making 'Anda Paneer Roll'.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup paneer, crumbled
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 rotis or paranthas

Instructions :

  • In a bowl, beat the egg with a pinch of salt and keep aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Fry till the onion becomes transparent.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and fry for another minute.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
  • Add crumbled paneer, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Take out the paneer mixture on a plate and let it cool.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan and add the beaten eggs.
  • Place a roti or paratha on top of the egg and press lightly with a spatula. Cook for 1-2 minutes or till the eggs are set.
  • Turn the roti over and roast it till it turns light brown from the other side as well.
  • Put the paneer mixture in the center of the roti and roll it well.
  • Cut the roll into halves or quarters and serve hot.
