Many people like sweets very much. In such a situation, if you are looking for a sweet dish that can be prepared in a very short time, then you can make Semolina Rasgullas. This is a great option as a dessert. These are less sweet and get ready quickly. So let's know about its recipe.

Semolina - 1 cup
Milk - 1 big bowl
Desi ghee - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Dry fruits - half cup finely chopped
Method
- To make Semolina Rasgullas, mix sugar in milk in a pan on low flame and let it boil.
- When it becomes hot, add semolina inside it and keep stirring gently, so that no lumps form.
- Keep stirring this mixture until the semolina becomes thick.
- After this let it cool and flatten it with hands. After this add dry fruits to it.
Now make syrup by mixing water and sugar and put the rasgullas in it and cook.
- Now add dry fruits and saffron and serve.
