Recipe: If you feel like eating sweets then make Sweet Potato Rabdi, note down the recipe!

You must have eaten rabri made from milk many times, but have you tried sweet potato rabri? Sweet potato is rich in fibre, vitamins A and C, calcium and magnesium, and rabri made from it is also delicious. Let us know about its recipe.
Material :
1 liter milk
1-kilogram sweet potato
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
5 chopped cashews
5 chopped almonds
5 chopped pistachios
A pinch of saffron threads
Hot water
Recipe:
First of all, boil the sweet potato until it becomes soft. Once boiled and soft, peel off the skin.
Mash the boiled sweet potatoes well. Keep them aside.
Take a big pan and heat the milk in it until it boils lightly.
When the milk comes to a gentle boil, add mashed sweet potatoes to it and mix well.
Continue cooking both ingredients until the milk thickens.
Heat a cup of water in a separate pan. Add a pinch of saffron to it.
When saffron dissolves in water, add it to the milk and sweet potato mixture. Stir well with a spoon.
Add cardamom powder to rabri and mix well.
Let the rabri boil on a medium flame for at least 5 minutes.
Add a cup of water to another pan and boil. Sprinkle saffron threads in boiling water.
Add water mixed with saffron to the rabri and keep stirring the mixture with a spoon.
After the rabri is cooked well, add sugar to it. Mix sugar in rabri with the help of a spoon.
Cook the rabri for 2-3 minutes more and then turn off the flame. Let the rabri cool down.
Before serving, garnish the rabri with chopped cashews, almonds and pistachios.
