Ingredients required
250 grams paneer cubes
1 cup peas
1 cup fenugreek
4 onions (chopped)
2 green chilies (chopped)
3 tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp green coriander
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
Method
- First of all, put oil in a pan on medium flame and keep it for heating.
Add paneer to it and fry till it becomes golden and take it out on a plate.
In the same oil, add onions and green chilies and fry till they become light golden.
Then you have to put tomatoes, fenugreek, and peas inside it and cook till it becomes soft.
Mix red chili powder, garam masala, and salt and cook till the spices leave the oil.
Now add water as required and cook for 2 minutes.
After the fixed time, you have to add paneer and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes add green coriander and turn off the gas.
Methi Matar Paneer is ready. Serve hot with naan.
