Recipe- Make a special plum cake on New Year, children as well as adults will like it!

Any festival is incomplete without cake. Today we will tell you the recipe for plum cake. It is made up of fruits and dry fruits. However, plums are not used in this cake. Dried berries and raisins are used to make it. It is a fruity and nutty cake filled with lots of dry fruits like cherries, almonds, raisins etc.

Material:

1 cup butter

1.5 cups sugar

6 eggs

125 grams almonds (chopped)

2 teaspoons vanilla essence

2.5 cups mixed dry fruits (raisins, candied peels and cherries)

2 cups flour

8-inch round cake tin

Instruction:

Mix fruits and almonds in 2 tbsp flour and keep aside.

Mix together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.

Mix it with the flour and then add to the fruit mixture.

Pour the mixture into a baking tin and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

Let the cake cool and then serve.
