Recipe: Make kesar peda if you want to eat sweets, it is very tasty!

Kesar Peda is a popular Indian sweet made with milk powder, sugar, saffron, and cardamom powder. Here's a simple recipe to make Kesar Peda at home:

Ingredients:

1 cup milk powder

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 tbsp ghee

1/4 tsp saffron threads

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Chopped nuts, for garnish (optional)

Instruction:

In a non-stick pan, heat ghee on medium heat.

Add milk powder and fry for 2-3 minutes till it turns light brown.

Lower the heat and add sweetened condensed milk. Mix well.

Add saffron threads and cardamom powder. Mix well and continue cooking on low heat.

Keep stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Take the pan off the heat and let it cool slightly.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into balls.

Garnish with chopped nuts.

Serve Kesar Peda at room temperature or chilled.
