This year, Sharad Purnima is on October 28, starting at 4:17 a.m. and ending at 1:53 a.m. on October 29. Therefore, this year Sharad Purnima will be celebrated on 28th October. Milk Full Cream

Sharad Purnima Special Kheer Recipe:
-To make this kheer, you will need full cream milk, brown rice, sugarcane juice, ghee, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, and dry fruits.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry all the dry fruits lightly. Cut them into small pieces.
-Add brown rice to ghee and fry for about a minute. Then add sugarcane juice to it and let it boil.
-As soon as the rice starts cooking, sprinkle cinnamon powder and cardamom powder in the mixture.
- Add milk and cook for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
- Garnish the kheer with chopped dry fruits. Your super-healthy kheer is ready to enjoy.
