To make potato halwa, you will need almonds, ghee, milk, cashew nuts, potatoes, sugar, raisins and crushed green cardamom.
How to prepare Potato Halwa:
Step 1:
If you want to make delicious potato halwa at home during the winters, start by boiling the potatoes.
Once boiled, peel and mash the potatoes.
Then you will need a vessel to make potato pudding. Heat ghee in it.
Step 2:
Now add mashed potatoes to hot ghee.
Cook for 2-4 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Keep stirring it until the potatoes are cooked well and do not stick to the bottom.
Step 3:
After this add sugar and milk to the cooked potatoes.
Mix all the ingredients well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Add dry fruits and cardamom powder over it.
Your delicious potato halwa is now ready to serve.
