Pav-Bhaji, which is a popular street food. You can easily make it at home and get a taste of the market. For this, you have to follow the right recipe and some tips. Let us know about this recipe:

Ingredients for Pav-Bhaji:

Boiled potatoes – 3 (300 grams)

Tomatoes – 6 (400 grams)

Capsicum – 1 (100 grams)

Cauliflower – 1 cup chopped (200 grams)

Peas – 1/2 cup Coriander

– 3-4 tables Spoon (finely chopped)

Butter – 1/2 cup (100 grams)

Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon

Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)

Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Pav Bhaji masala – 2 

Red chilli- 1 tsp

Salt - 1.5 tsp or as per taste

Method to make Pav Bhaji:

Wash the vegetables. Cut the cabbage into small pieces and peel the peas.

Heat water in a large pot and boil cabbage and peas. When the cabbage becomes soft, drain the water.

Finely chop tomatoes, capsicum and potatoes.

Heat butter in a pan and add green chillies. When the chillies are roasted, add tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and capsicum and fry.

When the vegetables are roasted well, mash them.

Now add potatoes, salt, red chilli, pav bhaji masala and mix.

Add some water to the vegetables and cook slowly.

Cook the well-mashed vegetables for 5 minutes.

Garnish with finely chopped coriander, 1 teaspoon butter and lemon and serve.

Bake the pav with butter and serve it with pav-bhaji.
