Recipe of the day: Delicious barfi is also made of parwal, prepare it in this way

Ingredients required:

- Parwal - 500 grams 

- Mawa - 2 cups

- Sugar - 3 Cups

- Green cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon

- Almonds - 20

- Pistachios - 20

- Milk powder - 4 teaspoons

- Soda bicarbonate - two pinches

- Saffron - two pinches

You can make it in this way:

First of all, roast the mawa and mix one cup of sugar in it on low flame

Prepare the remaining sugar syrup.

Now add green cardamom, almonds, pistachios, and milk pounder to the mawa.

Now boil the parwal in water. During this add soda bicarbonate.

Now soak these parwals in sugar syrup for about 1 hour.

Now take out the syrup of parwal and fill it with mawa mixture.

Now taste them by applying saffron threads.
