Ingredients: 

  • Figs soaked overnight - 500 grams 
  • Ghee - 8 tablespoons
  • Mawa - 200 grams
  • Sugar - 8 tablespoons
  • Green cardamom - 6
  • Cinnamon sticks - 2 inches 
  • Mix dry fruits
  • Water - 2 cups

Method:

First of all, remove the figs from water and cut into thick pieces. 

Heat a pan of ghee and fry green cardamom and cinnamon stick in it. - - Now cook the figs for five minutes.

Now add fig water into it. 

After five minutes add sugar to it. 

Now add mawa to it and cook. 

In this way your fig pudding is made.
