Essential Ingredients:
Milk - 2 liters
Rice - 2 tbsp
Saffron
Almonds
Pistachios
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
You can prepare it by this method:
First of all, mix ghee in rice and keep it aside.
Now take two tablespoons of lukewarm milk and mix saffron in it.
Now boil the milk in a big vessel until it thickens. Now mix rice in it.
Cook rice in milk for half an hour.
Now add saffron-milk mixture, cardamom powder and sugar and cook for about 15 minutes.
In this way the milk becomes pure, which you can taste with almonds and pistachios.
