Necessary Ingredients:

  • Spinach - two bundle
  • Grated cheese - four hundred grams
  • Tomato - eight
  • Turmeric powder - half teaspoon
  • Green coriander finely chopped - two tablespoons
  • Green chilli - two
  • Ginger - one-inch-long piece
  • Cashews (chopped) - twenty
  • Cumin seeds - half Teaspoon
  • asafoetida - two pinches 
  • oil - garam masala for making
  • vegetables - half a teaspoon
  • salt - as per taste

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, put tomato, green chili, and ginger in a mixer grinder and grind them finely.

Now heat oil in a pan and crackle asafoetida and cumin seeds in it.

Now fry tomato-ginger-green chili paste in it.

After this, add spinach and salt and cook for five minutes.

After the water dries, add cashew pieces, garam masala, and grated cheese and cook.

Finally, add green coriander and taste it.
