Recipe of the Day: Make red velvet balls on Diwali, this is the method

Required Ingredients:

- One kg beetroot

- 2 cups ghee

- 4 tbsp nutmeg powder

- One kg grated carrot

- 1 cup coconut

- 400 gms mixed dry fruits

- 1 cup milk

- 900 gms sugar

- 2 tbsp green cardamom

Prepare it like this:

First of all, add two spoons of ghee in the pan and fry all the dry fruits and take them out.

Now add more ghee in the same pan and fry the grated beetroot and carrot. Now add sugar, dry fruits and milk in it. 

When the mixture is cooked, add cardamom powder and coconut to it. 

Now make laddus from this mixture. 

You add some ghee in the pan and pan fry these laddus. 

Now you can taste them.
