Recipe of the Day: Sev Badam Barfi is a favorite in Rajasthan, make it like this

Required Ingredients: 

- Mawa 500 grams

- One teaspoon cardamom powder

- Sev 500 grams (saltless)

- Sugar 500 grams

- Two glasses of water

- Two teaspoons saffron soaked in milk

- 100 grams almonds 

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, pour water in the pan and melt sugar in it on medium flame. - Now melt mawa in it. 

Add saffron and cardamom powder on top. 

Now add sev and half almonds and let it thicken. 

Now pour this mixture in a smooth plate and sprinkle the remaining almonds on top. 

After it cools down, cut it as per your wish.
