Recipe of the Day: You can easily make soya tikka at home, this is the method

Required Ingredients: 

400 grams soya chunks

4 small onions 

2 green capsicum 

2 tsp chaat masala

Salt to taste

2 tsp red chili powder

2 tsp tandoori masala

2 cups hung curd

2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

2 tsp black pepper powder

5 green chilli 

oil 

This is the easy method: 

First of all boil the soya chunks for five minutes. 

After this, mix red chilli powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and a little curd well in a vessel. 

Now put soya chunks in it for some time. 

Put two soya chunks on a wooden skewer, add onion cube, then add two more soya chunks and then add one capsicum cube. Do the same once again. 

Heat oil in a pan, place a skewer in it and let the soya chunks cook. 

After cooking, add some chaat masala on top and taste it.
