The month of Ramzan is about to begin and this month there is a lot of activity in the markets from morning to evening. During this time people prepare and eat different types of things in the morning and evening. Today we have brought for you a famous Iftar recipe – “RoohAfza Sevaiyan”, which is made at the time of Iftar and eaten with great gusto. Let us know about its recipe.

Material:

Vermicelli

Ghee (clarified butter)

Dry fruits

Roohafza

Khoya

Milk

Instruction:

To make RoohAfza vermicelli, first heat ghee in a pan and then add vermicelli to it. Fry the vermicelli lightly and keep aside.

Grind dry fruits and cook them in milk. -Add roasted vermicelli in milk and cook on low flame.

When the vermicelli is cooked, add khoya and milk to it. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook on low flame.

Finally, add the ruhafaza to the mixture, ensuring that it is mixed well. Garnish with dry fruits.

Cook and then serve.
