Paneer is a favorite of many people and due to its delicious taste people love to taste the dishes made from it. Be it young or old, everyone likes to enjoy dishes made from paneer. Shahi Paneer is also a favourite of many people. Today we will share an easy recipe to make Shahi Paneer. Let us know how you can make it.
Material:
500 grams paneer
2 onions
3 green chillies
some ginger
3 green cardamoms
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon garam masala powder
2 cups tomato puree
Water as required
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup curd
6 tablespoons ghee
1 cup milk
Salt as required
1/2 cup cashew nuts
A handful of coriander leaves
1/4 cup fresh cream

Instruction:
First of all, finely chop onion, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves separately.
Beat the curd well in a bowl.
If you are in a hurry, you can use tomato puree instead of chopped tomatoes.
To enhance the taste, you can fry the spices separately before adding them to the gravy. This will make the recipe more aromatic.
Take cashews and almonds, soak them in some water and then make a paste.
Heat a pan on medium flame, add 3 tablespoons of ghee and let it melt.
Add chopped onion, ginger, green chilli and green cardamom to the pan and fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add tomato puree or chopped tomatoes and cover the pan. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Then add whipped curd and cook for 5 minutes. Now, add one cup of water and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Once the gravy is cooked, let it cool. Once it is cool enough, pour it into a blender and blend until smooth. Keep it aside.
Heat the remaining ghee in another pan and add mixed gravy, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cashew and almond paste and salt. stir well.
Add a cup of water and cook until the gravy thickens. Once done let it cool.
Meanwhile, heat the remaining ghee in another pan and add paneer pieces and milk in it. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the cooked gravy to the paneer and cook on low flame for 3 to 5 minutes. Now your Shahi Paneer is ready.
Garnish it with freshly chopped green coriander and cream.
