Although there are various delicious momos available, it is important to consider health. You can try making Spinach Corn Cheese Momos at home. Material:

Flour - 1 cup

Salt - as per taste

Water - as required

Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Spinach - 1 cup

Sweet corn - 1/2 cup

Finely chopped Garlic - 3 cloves Black

pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp

Grated cheese – 1/2 cup

Recipe:

First of all, mix salt in flour and knead it with water. Cover it and leave it for two hours.

Wash spinach thoroughly, chop it finely and heat oil in a pan. Add garlic cloves to hot oil.

Fry the garlic for two to three minutes. Now add spinach and corn to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Add salt, black pepper powder and chilli flakes, mix well and turn off the flame. Let the mixture cool.

Heat water in a momo or idli steamer. Make small balls of the kneaded dough and roll them into small balls.

Fill each disc with 1 tablespoon of prepared filling. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and shape the momos as desired.

Place the filled momos in a steamer, cover with a wet cloth and steam for 10-15 minutes.

Apply some oil on the steamer and steam the momos. Serve them hot with chutney.
