Ingredients required:
- Six cups unripe papaya
- Three tsp butter
- Three tsp lemon juice
- One and a half cups ripe papaya
- Three cups onion
- Six cups vegetable stock
- Black pepper powder as per taste
- Salt as per taste
- Three cups of cream
You can make it this way:
First heat butter in a pan and fry papaya and onion in it.
Now add vegetable stock to it and cook till the papaya becomes soft.
Now cool it and make a paste in a grinder jar.
Now mix cream in this paste and cook.
After this, add black pepper powder and salt to it.
Now add lemon juice and papaya pieces and taste them.
